INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE
Introducing the Office of Deeds and Recordings that hereby exists within the office of the registrar for the Government of The United States of America. LINK
The purpose of the Office of Deeds and Recordings is to record public documents whereby they are entered as an asset of the office of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America.
GPOD3, a Public Bank licensed under the Property Registration Code can then certify the value of the property in Continental Dollars.
A promissory note can be signed by the owner and recorded with the Office of Deeds and Recordings even if the owner does not owe anything on the property. Once recorded, a certified copy of the recording is sent to GPOD3 where the promissory note is certified. GPOD3, as a clearing house declares that the promissory note is free of any liens, if in fact the property is clear of any liens. This process makes a combination of the deed and promissory note Allodial title for the owner of the property regardless of the type of property if the property title is not clouded.
The intent is to begin the process of balance of accounts. The next generation is in need of knowing who owns what, how much is property worth, and what is literally owed and to whom…
It is convenient and creates peace of mind when the people know upfront what something is worth and how much is owed. That information helps in planning a future. At the moment, the future is un-certain and therefore is in need of clarification.
Further, the Office of Deeds and Recordings certifies contracts and a host of other functions that are too many to mention in this Notice.
If there are any questions, please go to the contact page of the Office of Deeds and Recordings.
